Pictured here is a girl signing over the rights for her first ever foreign language translation for an indie book. It’s an absolute dream come true and my biggest thanks to my agent, Sandra Bishop, and publisher Brunnen Ver Lag for taking Charlie and Ella on a whole new adventure!
After I got the news from my agent, I texted a sweet friend who speaks German in her home and asked “how do you say the circus is coming?” I tipped her off as to why I was asking and not only was her excitement contagious, but she so enthusiastically said…Der Zirkus Kommit.
And oh what a joy it is!!
Congratulations Joanne! That is AWESOME news!!
Thank you so much, Annie!
Go, Charlie and Ella – the circus has new adventures that lay ahead
Yay! It’s been such an adventure. 🙂 XOXO
Congratulations, Joanne! I’m so excited for you!
Thank you, sweet Caryl!
Oh, what joyous news! I’m thrilled for you, Joanne! Congratulations!!
Thank you for bringing even more joy to it, Britney!
How wonderful! I’m glad more people will be able to read Charlie and Ella’s story. The Lady and the Lionheart is such a terrific book.
Thank you, thank you, Pam!
All I can say is WOW! I have not read such a well written and compelling novel is a very, very long time. I was completely sucked into their enthralling world and went on a spiritual journey that was very unexpected. This is what Christian Romance is supposed to produce–a journey to the heart of God. I can’t say it enough–Well done! And thank you for being faithful to listen to the prompting of Holy Spirit. May God continue to bless your writing. You are making a difference, don’t ever doubt it.
Ginger,
I am so touched by your words! Thank you for reading Charlie and Ella’s story… I am so honored that it found a special place in your heart! Thank you for the encouragement and for sharing so sweetly. I’m blessed by it!
